Prep time: 10 mins

Freezing time: 3-4 hours 


  • 4 large peaches
  • 1 tbsp Natvia
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp lime juice


  • Roughly chop and place peaches into a blender, and process until smooth.
  • Stir in other ingredients and mix well.
  • Pour into container and freeze for 3-4 hours.
  • Easier to serve for children in ice cream moulds with sticks.
  • If your sorbet is very hard, leave out of the freezer until manageable.
