Serves: 6

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ½ small red cabbage
  • 1 large bunch spinach
  • 6 bok choy
  • 1 tbsp crushed ginger 
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp pink rock salt
  • ¼ tsp black ground pepper
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Sesame seeds to garnish (optional)


  • Heat olive oil in deep pan on stovetop on medium high heat.
  • Roughly chop red cabbage, spinach and bok choy, discarding stalks and add to pan.
  • Stir fry for 10-15 minutes.
  • Add ginger, garlic, salt and pepper and stir fry another 5 minutes.
  • Stir lime juice through, and sprinkle with sesame seeds to serve.
