Great spread for vegetable sticks, without the chickpeas!

Makes: 4 cups

Prep time: 5 mins

Cooking time: Nil

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked, mashed, sweet potato
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup lime juice (1 small lime)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp honey
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

  • Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve with vegetable sticks or my seed crackers
