A delicious tangy dessert, very refreshing after a heavy dinner.

Serves: 4

Prep time: 5 mins

Fridge time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 200mls lemon juice
  • 200mls lime juice
  • 1 cup dextrose powder
  • Pinch pink salt
  • 1 cup coconut yoghurt, natural
  • Grated peel of one lime
  • Grated peel of one lemon
  • Thinly peeled strips of lemon and lime peel, thinly sliced

Method

  • Place all ingredients except peel strips, into blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into dishes and refrigerate until cool and thickened.
  • Serve with thin slices of peel on top.
